The monthly costs include the maintenance and technical support of “X4fleet”. If customer-specific adaptations are made, this can lead to an increase in monthly costs.
In addition, technical support is also available. Specialist support ensures that in the event of problems or errors, expert personnel are available at all times. In addition, the necessary infrastructure for carrying out support services is ensured.
Support is available at the following times without special arrangement: Monday to Friday, 08.00 to 12.00 o’ clock and 13.30 to 17.00 o’ clock.
