We will not lea­ve you han­ging after the suc­cessful imple­men­ta­ti­on. Ongo­ing moni­to­ring of our powerful plat­form enables our sup­port team to act proac­tively and effec­tively sup­port our cus­to­mers. The month­ly costs include the main­ten­an­ce and tech­ni­cal sup­port of “X4fleet”. If cus­to­mer-spe­ci­fic adap­t­ati­ons are made, this can lead to an increa­se in month­ly costs.

In addi­ti­on, tech­ni­cal sup­port is also available. Spe­cia­list sup­port ensu­res that in the event of pro­blems or errors, expert per­son­nel are available at all times. In addi­ti­on, the neces­sa­ry infras­truc­tu­re for car­ry­ing out sup­port ser­vices is ensured.

Sup­port is available at the fol­lo­wing times wit­hout spe­cial arran­ge­ment: Mon­day to Fri­day, 08.00 to 12.00 o’ clock and 13.30 to 17.00 o’ clock.

Dashboards facilitate monitoring

The most important data of the dif­fe­rent plat­forms are dis­play­ed on dash­boards. Sophi­sti­ca­ted alerts sup­port the sup­port team in the ear­ly detec­tion of emer­ging pro­blems or mis­con­duct. In the event of mal­func­tions, the pos­si­ble cau­ses can be quick­ly iden­ti­fi­ed and mea­su­res taken.

Cloud com­pu­ting enables us to quick­ly book resour­ces. If a com­pa­ny with many vehic­les wants to use X4fleet quick­ly, we can pro­vi­de the neces­sa­ry resour­ces with just a few clicks. You don’t have to build an infras­truc­tu­re, but use the ser­vices of X4fleet via the cloud.

The advan­ta­ge of cloud com­pu­ting is that spe­cia­lists in lar­ge data cen­ters take care of thou­sands of indi­vi­du­al com­pu­ters. Due to the cha­rac­ter of cloud offe­rings, indi­vi­du­al com­pu­ters can be exch­an­ged wit­hout inter­fe­ring with ope­ra­ti­on. This makes it pos­si­ble to replace hard­ware com­pon­ents and update soft­ware during ope­ra­ti­on. Thus the cloud rege­ne­ra­tes its­elf and is always up to date.
