His focus is on delivering robust technical support and managing all operational processes related to integrations, hardware, and the driver app.

In this role, Thierry leads a specialized operations team that reliably supports customers both during implementation and ongoing operations. Through clear structures, strong service orientation, and close collaboration with product and development teams, he ensures high system availability, short response times, and sustainable support quality.

Thierry holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science with a focus on Design and Management.
