Manuel leads Xplanis’ engineering and product strategy, delivering scalable, reliable, and business-aligned software solutions. With over 15 years of international experience in SaaS, ERP systems, and digital transformation, he specializes in driving efficiency through automation and complex problem-solving. As Head of Engineering, Manuel oversees architecture and system design, balancing feature delivery with platform stability and performance.

Previously, he co-founded JogaApp, an ERP platform for membership-based organizations. As head of product and acting CEO, he guided its development from concept to global adoption. His background includes senior leadership roles managing large teams and global operations.

Manuel holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration and an MBA from Samford University (USA).
