With his experience in software development and IT project management, Malte serves as Head of Projects & Sales, responsible for bridging the gap between sales and project implementation at Xplanis. His focus is on guiding customers from the first point of contact through the successful introduction of our SaaS solution, while fostering long-term partnerships and developing new business opportunities for his clients.

Since 2024, Malte and his team have supported Xplanis customers in implementing the X4fleet Transport Management System, analyzing existing data and process landscapes, and providing targeted advice on optimization potential. Another key area of his work involves designing and aligning interfaces with customer systems in close collaboration with suppliers and partners, as well as gathering customer-specific product requirements for the product roadmap. In addition, he coordinates customer training and onboarding processes.

Malte holds a qualification as a software developer and has completed further studies in business informatics. Building on his technical and business expertise, he is pursuing an MBA as the next step to deepen his strategic and commercial competencies.
