As Board Member, Frederik provides technology and operational oversight, supporting Xplanis's transformation from project-based consulting to a scalable SaaS product company.

An EPFL engineer, Frederik spent his formative years at GE, progressing through their Financial Management Leadership Program into operational and FP&A leadership roles. There he developed a lean mindset grounded in customer focus, simplification, and operational discipline. As a client-side practitioner, he built and deployed enterprise tools for 200+ global sales users - experience he draws on to help Xplanis sharpen its product and go-to-market approach.

Frederik currently serves as Chief Operating Officer at All Interests Aligned, a management buy-in platform supporting SME succession across Europe.
